Perfect location for business trip. Great views over Firth. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but clean and balcony was a nice treat. Great menu in restaurant on the evening. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.
We celebrated our 10th year Anniversary at The Inn at Charleston. Exceptional hospitality and warm service from Diane & Jimmy I would say. We had a wonderful stay and we want to give special recognition to Diane and Jimmy, who took such good care of us throughout our visit. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly, and approachable, especially during the buffet breakfast service. Their warm hospitality truly made our mornings enjoyable. The hotel itself is great, the pod rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very convenient, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you to Diane, Jimmy, and the entire team for making our experience so pleasant. We would happily stay here again!
In August we held a family event in the ceremony room at the Inn at Charleston and I can’t praise them high enough. Kevin was so helpful from the start and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure everything was perfect on the day, the food was fantastic, and we received so many positive comments from our guests. This is a lovely venue and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Amazing hotel, staff are extremely friendly, the view is amazing, it was very clean. The food was really good, overall we'd definitely stay again, honestly it was picture postcard perfect.
A fabulous stay at a wonderful find. So comfy cosy and food was amazing. Would have been good to get a take away continental breakfast pack for my two early starts. I will be back and highly recommended
Went for Lunch. Service with a smile. Food was good quality, well presented and cooked well. Reasonable prices considering the fact everything has got alot more expensive for in particular Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels.

Had our diamond wedding celebration there on the 4th of October . The hotel was excellent the staff were all very friendly and helpful , the food was superb . Thank you all for making our day special xx Sandra and ivor McLaren
